¿Hacéis reformas parciales u obra menor?
No. Tigmad Reformas se dedica exclusivamente a reformas integrales de viviendas. No realizamos reparaciones sueltas ni obra menor (por ejemplo, cambiar solo un plato de ducha o pintar una habitación).
Do you do partial renovations or small jobs?
No. Tigmad Reformas works exclusively on full home renovations. We do not carry out one-off repairs or small jobs (for example, replacing only a shower tray or painting a single room).

¿Cuánto cuesta una reforma integral?
Depende de los metros, del estado de la vivienda, de la distribución y de las calidades que elijas. Por eso no damos precios cerrados sin ver la vivienda: tras la visita técnica te entregamos un presupuesto detallado por partidas.
How much does a full renovation cost?
It depends on the size, the condition of the home, the layout and the finishes you choose. That is why we do not give fixed prices without seeing the property: after the site visit we provide a detailed, itemised quote.
¿Cuánto tiempo dura la obra?
El plazo depende del tamaño y del alcance de la reforma. Lo fijamos por escrito en el contrato, junto con el calendario de trabajos, antes de empezar.
How long do the works take?
The timeframe depends on the size and scope of the renovation. We set it in writing in the contract, together with the work schedule, before starting.
¿Necesito licencia de obra?
Una reforma integral suele requerir algún permiso municipal (licencia o comunicación previa), y los requisitos varían según el ayuntamiento y el alcance de la obra. Lo revisamos en la visita técnica y te lo indicamos en el presupuesto.
Do I need a building permit?
A full renovation usually requires some kind of municipal permit, and the requirements vary depending on the local council and the scope of the works. We review this during the site visit and set it out in the quote.
¿Quién coordina los distintos oficios?
Nosotros. Tienes un único interlocutor responsable de la obra, que coordina albañilería, electricidad, fontanería, carpintería y pintura, y te mantiene informado de los avances.
Who coordinates the different trades?
We do. You have a single point of contact responsible for the works, who coordinates masonry, electrical, plumbing, joinery and painting, and keeps you informed of progress.
¿Puedo elegir los materiales y acabados?
Sí. Te orientamos para que elijas las calidades que encajen con tu gusto y tu presupuesto, y todo queda reflejado en el presupuesto antes de empezar.

Yes. We guide you so you can choose finishes that suit your taste and budget, and everything is reflected in the quote before work begins.
